Introducing the Supplier Network’s DE&I Committee 

The Supplier Network is proud to formally announce we have established a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. With a mission of linking education, best practices, and awareness with inclusive behaviors, this committee is focused on building a culture of collaboration and belonging across all 3 legs of the stool.

In some ways, the concept of weaving diversity into our organization is nothing new to the Supplier Network, but creating a formal team and introducing programs to our membership is an important milestone in our journey. In our role as DE&I advocates, we are committed to uniting our members with McDonald’s values of Service, Inclusion, Integrity, Community and Family.
